PRIMING
We prime all the sheet metal parts for further processing of painting.

SERVICES & RESTORATION COMPLETION
PAINT PREPARATION
We sand all the primed parts and make sure every delicate part is straight, including the whole tractor.

PAINTING
We use a high quality Dupont paint to ensure a great long lasting finish for years to come. Our shop contains two spray booths that are excellent in maintaining air flow and dust control to create the best paint job possible.

POLISHING
We sand the clear coat flat and polish it back to an amazing shine that is showroom ready.

FINAL COMPLETION

PRIMING PREPARATION
The sheet metal is examined of any dents and alignment on the body work for priming preparation of the tractor.

SAND BLASTING
We sand blast every square inch of the tractor to ensure that all rust and corrosion is completely gone. This process is just as important as painting to ensure the paint quality remains intact.

TEAR DOWN
The next process is by tearing the tractor down and taking the sheet metal off while continuing tearing down until we believe we can sandblast everything in sight. We attempt to go as far as we can during the sand blast process.

MECHANICAL
In order to keep your tractor looking great for a long time, requires zero leaks or mechanical flaws. We try to make sure you will never have to touch or have anything restored with your tractor. The mechanical process isn't required, but is very beneficial for your tractor.

CLEAN & ACCESS TRACTOR
Our first process is to steam clean the tractor to clean all the grease and oil off the casting and sheet metal. We then access what needs to be replaced such as: gauges, steering wheels, lights, seals, bearings, and much more. We also look at the sheet metal to make sure all the dents can be fixed (or in extreme cases) replaced. Thereafter, we then proceed to order parts or locate used parts.

ASSEMBLY
We take all the micellaneous parts and piece the tractor back together, ensuring everything fits properly with no issues.
